This is an amazing trip! Our guide João was fun and knowledge. Some of the best things were: Small group meant the van wasn’t crowded and we could get to know our guide/each other more easily; Good A/C in the van - essential between hot stops; Lots of free time for lunch and the beach; Good pace on all of our walks and photo stops; João knew where the local cats were at the beach 🙂 Don’t skip the cliff jumping, it’s worth it. Very very happy with this day trip!

What we liked the most was our guide. Geraldine was so lovely and friendly, that the whole group became friends by the end of the tour! She took us to some amazing places and due to her the atmosphere was great. Thank you Geraldine! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this excursion, and especially our guide João! He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the history of the cliffs we visited during our little hike so well. He has such great energy, is very kind and friendly, and you can really see how passionate he is about what he does. I actually did this excursion twice, and I was lucky enough to have João as my guide both times. I absolutely loved the experience on both occasions, and honestly, if I had the chance, I would do it all over again! The whole group was delighted with the experience. An extremely eventful day! We got to see an array of amazing attractions and got useful insightful along the way. Our tour guide Nuno was especially helpful. He helped take great pictures of us (with the best angles so the scenery is included). He even accommodated us with our requests. My friend was afraid of heights and he reassured and adjusted for her, and made sure we felt safe and guided during cliff diving. On top of all that, they give recommendations to where to eat and visit during and after the tour. Definitely recommend.

This is one of the best tour i ever had. We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the tour with Geraldin Hung! She was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming from the very beginning, and she made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. Geraldin was knowledgeable, attentive, and always happy to answer our questions. What really stood out was her positive energy and the way she made everyone feel comfortable and included. She shared interesting information and local insights throughout the tour, which made the experience even more memorable. Everything was very well organised, and we never felt rushed. Geraldin genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everyone was having a great time. Her enthusiasm and kindness made a big difference to our experience in Faro. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area, and if you get Geraldin as your guide, you are definitely in for a fantastic experience!

We had an amazing full day trip with our guide Geraldine. She was super friendly, helpful and made our day very special. She took us to beautiful spots we wouldn’t have visited on our own. She took great pictures of us and everyone in the small group and knew how to find the perfect spots. The van is airconditioned and thats perfect after a walk in the Portugese sun. We definitely look back on a perfect day and would recommend everyone who loves to visit some different spots to take this trip.

We had a fantastic time on the tour. Our guide/expert photographer/new best friend Diana was brilliant! She shared so much information with us but in such a fun way! And the rest of our group were lovely which definitely helped and made the day alot of fun! Would definitely recommend the tour!

The tour was awesome. It was a beautiful scenic hike and we even had time during lunch to swim. We also went cliff jumping! João, our tour guide, was super friendly and helpful the entire time. He even took our photos for us and sent us recommendations of bars and restaurants to check out. I definitely recommend to anyone who is skeptical to take the tour!

Joao was the absolute best, very knowledgeable about all things Faro and more! We had such a beautiful day thanks to him. Even had the opportunity to cliff jump which was a bucket list must for me on our Portugal trip.

As a solo traveler, I really wanted to visit Algar Seco and experience part of the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, but I wasn't sure I wanted to navigate it on my own. I'm so glad I booked this tour instead. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that our guide, Diana, was also Canadian! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, allowing plenty of time for photo stops while sharing interesting information about the area. The route was thoughtfully planned with places and photo opportunities that I almost certainly would have missed if I'd explored on my own. This ended up being one of the highlights of my time in the Algarve! Couldn’t recommend it more!

Incroyable, les explications sont vraiment sympa, Joâo est très investi dans ce qu'il fait! Les endroits sont magnifiques, les 8h passent vraiment vite et on a l'occasion de voir énormément de belles choses. Les chaussures sont non discutables, on marche assez et dans des endroits peu faciles d'accès. Le transport est super, Joâo est un très bon chanteur 🤣 et l'air co dans le van est indispensable. En étant voyageuse seule je me suis vraiment sentie intégrée et j'ai pu profiter comme si j'étais avec des amis! ++ Joâo est un très bon photographe!!

That was my first solo trip, and it was absolutely amazing! The weather in Faro didn’t exactly welcome us at first, but João’s smile and positive energy made the whole ride unforgettable. Once we reached the beaches, the weather turned perfect, and I got some incredible photos thanks to my guide! João is such a lovely person. I can highly recommend this experience to everyone!

An exceptional and memorable experience. Highly recommend. Joao was a superb guide, driver, and photographer. He went above and beyond. The tour was perfectly timed with enough time spent at each stop to explore the scenery. Our guide was conscientious of everyone’s comfort levels and took extra care of those who were afraid of heights so they could take in the stunning views while still feeling safe.

this trip was amazing, the places where beautiful and just stunning, Diana our tour guide was lovely very chatty, friendly, excellent photographer who know all the right photo stops and give us information about all the different stops and places. Geraldine was amazing, I felt like she was a long lost friend. She knew when to take the best shots, she was bubbly and fun. She went out of her way to ensure I was able to buy a Battery pack as I dropped mine on the trip and needed to charge my phone so I could get back to my airbnb. "Superstar"

We did the Benagil Cave, Marinha & Carvoeiro Full-Day Tour from Faro with Choose Your Route, and we can honestly say it was by far the best tour we’ve ever experienced! Our guide, Diana, was absolutely amazing – so personable, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. She made the day so enjoyable with her energy, insight, and warmth. We had a blast exploring the stunning caves and coastline, and her passion for what she does really added to the entire experience. Our guide Geraldine was absolutely awesome! We were a small group of 8, and Geraldine made sure we all had a wonderful day. The scenery was fantastic and we had a few different stops with walks of varying lengths depending on where we were. Geraldine took the effort to make sure she took photos of everyone on their own cameras, which meant we've all got awesome photo memories, rather than just selfies. This day trip is one of the highlights of our trip to Spain and Portugal.

We had an absolutely incredible experience on this guided tour! João was our guide and he truly made the day unforgettable. He was vibrant, full of energy, and packed with fascinating knowledge about the history, plants, and wildlife of the area. His passion and storytelling brought every stop to life - we learned so much while still having a laugh the whole way through. LOVED this day-trip! Did it with a small group of friends and all of us had a blast. Our guide, Geraldine, was fun, knowledgable, engaging, and made the long hot day flow smoothly. There is plenty of time to enjoy each spot along the trip. For myself I made mental bookmarks of the places I'd want to return to at a future point and spend more time. This trip has a lot of walking involved and not always on level terrain (especially by the ocean cliffs). Make sure you pack and hat and sunscreen because the sun is bright and you spend most of the tour in it. My friends and I decided to do the cliff jump offered at the end of the day-trip and we all agreed that we're so glad we did it!! Our guide checked the water level first to be sure it was safe and then she took photos + videos as each of us jumped. SO FUN and refreshing after a day in the sun.

It was amazing!!! Surpassed all my expectations. The guide managed to approach every step of the trip in a singular way. Always friendly and helpful. Truly remarkable!

Our trip was indeed a great experience. The guide João was so friendly, the group was small so we quickly made connections and our excursion felt like a family trip. The sights were each next better than the other one and we got more than we expected in total. We were always allowed enough time to enjoy the sights. Our guide also took care we have a great entartainment program explaining the areas we were passing by and even played a pre-made music playlist from all our countries so the van ride went by very quickly. He was also very attentative to all the group members and took care that everyone is careful on more demanding parts of the track. All in all an excellent experience that we fully recommend.
