TicketingHub: This is our booking platform. We share your name, email, and booking details with them so they can process your tickets and manage your booking.
Stripe: When you pay, we use Stripe to handle the payment securely. We share your payment and contact info with them to process your transaction and prevent fraud. We never store your credit card details on our own site.
Hubspot: We use Hubspot for our marketing emails and to manage our communications with you. We share your contact details and information you give us through forms for this purpose.
Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console): We use Google’s tools to see how our website is performing. This helps us understand things like where our website traffic comes from, which pages are popular, and how our ads are doing. Google uses this data to give us reports so we can improve the site.

These are the rules for using our website and for booking a tour with us. By using our site or making a booking, you’re agreeing to these terms. Please take a moment to read them carefully.
Our website is for you to learn about our tours and book them. All the content on the site, including our photos, videos, and descriptions, belongs to us. Please don’t copy it for your own business or commercial use.
Booking Process: Your booking is confirmed and becomes a binding contract only after we receive full payment from you. You’ll then get a confirmation email with all the details you need for your adventure.
Pricing: All prices on our site include VAT. The base currency is Euros (€), but you have the option to change the currency during the booking process via the TicketingHub plugin.
Payment: We accept payments via Stripe. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are the authorised user of the payment method.
By You: If you need to cancel, you must let us know via email at info@chooseyourroute.com. You can cancel your tour and receive a full refund if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. You can also request to change your tour date up to 48 hours before the original booking, subject to availability and group size minimums.
By Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather or if we don’t have enough people booked for the tour. If we have to cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.
Health and Fitness: Our tour involves walking on uneven paths and is not suitable for everyone. By booking, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and are medically fit to participate in the tour. We do not recommend this tour for anyone with serious back, heart, or other medical issues, and it is not wheelchair accessible. We strongly advise you to consult a doctor before booking if you have any health concerns.
Assumption of Risk: You agree to participate in the tour at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss of property that may occur during the tour.
User-Generated Content: If you post reviews, photos, or comments about our tours on our website or on other platforms (like social media), you give us permission to use, reproduce, and display this content to promote our business. You still own your content, but you’re giving us a license to use it.
Code of Conduct: We ask that all our customers be respectful of our guides, other tour participants, and the local community. We reserve the right to dismiss any participant from a tour if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, with no refund given.
No Guarantees: We do our best to make sure the information on our site is accurate, but we can’t promise it’s always perfect or bug-free. We’re not responsible for how you use the information on this site.
Third-Party Links: Our site might have links to other websites. Once you leave our site, we’re not responsible for what happens on those other pages. You click on them at your own risk.
